Inner Mongolia Yulong Mining Co., Ltd. has acquired two new deep exploration mining rights

According to the documents issued by the General Office of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Party Committee and the General Office of the People's Government of the Autonomous Region, titled "Implementation Opinions on Promoting the Reform of the Mining Rights Transfer System" (Document No. [2020] 8 of the Bureau) and the "Implementation Opinions on Implementing Various Matters Related to the Reform of Mineral Resources Management" by the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Department of Natural Resources (Document No. [2020] 5 of the Inner Mongolia Natural Resources Bureau), Inner Mongolia Yulong Mining Co., Ltd. has applied for the establishment of deep exploration mining rights within the vertical projection range of the mining rights of the producing mine, the Hua'aobao Special Silver-Lead Mine in Xi Ujimqin Banner, Inner Mongolia (Mining License No.: C1500002011024210112496).
Upon approval by the Natural Resources Bureau of Xilingol League, it has been agreed to establish two exploration mining rights within the vertical projection range of the Hua'aobao Special Silver-Lead Mine in Xi Ujimqin Banner, Inner Mongolia, below the 400m elevation. These are named "Exploration Mining Right for Deep Survey in Zone One Below 400m Elevation of Hua'aobao Special Silver-Lead Mine, Xi Ujimqin Banner, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region" and "Exploration Mining Right for Deep Survey in Zone Two Below 400m Elevation of Hua'aobao Special Silver-Lead Mine, Xi Ujimqin Banner, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region". According to relevant regulations, these mining rights will be transferred to Inner Mongolia Yulong Mining Co., Ltd. through the method of "agreement transfer", which is the same entity holding the upper mining rights.
The information regarding the transfer of exploration mining rights has been published for public notification on the websites of the Ministry of Natural Resources and the Natural Resources Bureau of Xilingol League. After the public notification period, there were no objections raised.
On May 26, 2022, Inner Mongolia Yulong Mining Co., Ltd. signed an exploration mining rights transfer agreement with the Natural Resources Bureau of Xilingol League, completing the transfer of exploration mining rights for deep exploration and obtaining two exploration mining rights.

3. Geographical location: Xiwuzhumuqin Banner, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region
4. Exploration area: 1.68 square kilometers
5. Validity period: May 18, 2022 to May 17, 2027.
Exploration right two:
1. Exploration Project Name: Deep Survey of Huaaobao Special Silver Lead Mine in Xiwuzhumuqin Banner, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, Below 400m Elevation
2. Exploration certificate number: T1525002022054050056826
3. Geographical location: Xiwuzhumuqin Banner, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region
4. Exploration area: 0.05 square kilometers
5. Validity period: May 18, 2022 to May 17, 2027.
The addition of these exploration rights has laid a solid foundation for the company's resource expansion.
