Golden October, warming the hearts of students

On the morning of October 3, 2020, Inner Mongolia Yulong Mining Co., Ltd. held a donation event in the company's fifth-floor conference room for 15 outstanding high school graduates from three herding communities, namely Bayan Hubo, Bayan Wendu, and Baorihu Shuo, to fulfill corporate social responsibility and promote harmonious relations between pastoralists and enterprises.
The company's mining leadership and the directors of the herding communities' committees attended the donation ceremony together. They personally awarded scholarships to these college-bound students. Among them, 10 students admitted to undergraduate programs received 5,000 RMB each, while 5 students admitted to vocational programs received 3,000 RMB each, totaling 65,000 RMB.
The company's leadership engaged in friendly conversations with the students and their parents present at the event. They also expressed sincere blessings and encouragement to the students, wishing them academic success and hoping that they would return to their hometowns with outstanding academic achievements to contribute to the construction of a beautiful pastoral area.
Since its establishment, YuLong Mining has proactively and voluntarily fulfilled its social responsibilities with the strong support and care from local governments at all levels and the group headquarters. In accordance with relevant documents on building harmonious mining areas, the company has earnestly worked to foster harmonious relationships with pastoral communities. Over the years, it has undertaken a series of assistance activities in the communities where it operates, such as road construction, electricity installation, contributions to pension and medical insurance, establishment of community offices, sponsorship of collective economic projects, and support for education through scholarships.
