According to the documents issued by the General Office of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Party Committee and the General Office of the People's Government of the Autonomous Region, titled "Implementation Opinions on Promoting the Reform of the Mining Rights Transfer System" (Document No. [2020] 8 of the Bureau) and the "Implementation Opinions on Implementing Various Matters Related to the Reform of Mineral Resources Management" by the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Department of Natural Resources (Document No. [2020] 5 of the Inner Mongolia Natural Resources Bureau), Inner Mongolia Yulong Mining Co., Ltd. has applied for the establishment of deep exploration mining rights within the vertical projection range of the mining rights of the producing mine, the Hua'aobao Special Silver-Lead Mine in Xi Ujimqin Banner, Inner Mongolia (Mining License No.: C1500002011024210112496).

On December 4, 2021, the 21st China Top 100 Listed Companies Summit was successfully concluded, and Yin Tai Gold won the "China Top 100 Enterprises Award" and "China Top 100 High Growth Enterprises Award" for listed companies in 2021. On August 6, 2021, the second comprehensive scientific expedition to the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, led by researchers Fan Hongrui and Zeng Qingdong from the Chinese Academy of Sciences, along with Associate Researcher Yang Guifeng, conducted field investigations and discussions in the intermontane mountainous region. Mr. Wang Zhili, Vice General Manager of Qinghai Dachaidan Mining Co., Ltd., and the Deputy Dean in charge and project leader of the First Geological Exploration Institute of Qinghai in the intermontane mountainous region, were among those who participated in this research expedition.
