- The dust pollution in the production and operation of Heihe Rock mainly comes from the production links such as mining, grinding ore bin transfer and coal-fired boilers. The company has taken the following dust prevention and control measures to ensure that the dust emission concentration meets the requirements of the second level standard of the Comprehensive Emission Standard of Air Pollutants XGB16297-1996:
Mining:
Sprinkling water to suppress dust before drilling and after falling ore to control and reduce dust generation from the source;
The power of spraying water on the working surface and mining spray is all electric energy
Ore grinding
The grinding equipment is located in the closed workshop, the top of each workshop is provided with a dust suction port, and the dust removal efficiency is 99.9% after purification
transport
The discharge port of the ore bin is provided with a spray dust suppression nozzle;
The micron level dry fog machine is used to spray dust on the head of each conveyor belt machine and the bottom of the grinding bin
