Heihe Luoke Mining Development Co., Ltd., located in Xunke County, Heihe City, Heilongjiang Province, China, operates in exploration, mining, ore processing, and smelting. Its primary product is high-grade gold-silver ore, making it one of the mines with the highest gold content in the country.
Heihe Luoke Mining Development has always adhered to the principles of operating in accordance with laws and regulations, as well as promoting safety and environmental protection. The company is committed to various aspects of mine construction and development.
Since its commissioning in September 2017, Heihe Luoke Mining Development has maintained continuous and stable operation.
Due to the distribution of ore grade showing rich at the top and poor at the bottom, after the completion of open-pit mining, in order to maintain the stability of enterprise profitability, the second-phase technological renovation project was initiated at the beginning of 2019. It lasted for one year and was completed and put into production in May 2020.
The production capacity of mining and ore processing has been expanded from 450 tons per day to 1250 tons per day.
In recent years, Dong'an Gold Mine has been focusing on hardware construction while continuously strengthening management, consolidating its internal strength, and building up its corporate soft power.
Adhering to the bottom line of compliance with laws and regulations, safety, and environmental protection, while striving to achieve corporate profitability, Dong'an Gold Mine has also been seeking the development of the mine to a higher level. Over the past few years, it has successively obtained honors such as the third-level safety standardization mine, national-level green mine, and the pilot unit of "Three Transformations" mine in Heilongjiang Province.
Next, to ensure the long-term innovation and sustainable development of the enterprise, the mine will focus on deep exploration and peripheral prospecting, as well as resource development. It will also move towards the goal of constructing an intelligent mine.
