Transformation of moving belt control system in Heiheluoke tailings pond

- During the reporting period, Heihe Rock carried out technical transformation of the control mode of 10 mobile belt conveyors in the tailings pond. The remote automatic control is realized by adding PLC control system. By the end of 2023, the new control system has been successfully operated for more than 9 months, on the basis of ensuring quality and safety, not only to avoid the past because of a belt failure must stop, produce stacking situation, improve the transportation efficiency, and each belt is stopped intermittently when no material, is expected to save electricity up to 140,000 yuan per year.
