With the general policy of giving priority of national development, Yintai Gold always insists on developing with the country and the general public together. Supplier management
Persisting on the concept of responsible supply chain, Yintai Gold strictly manages the performance of suppliers' social responsibility and controls the environmental and social risks of suppliers to promote the sustainable development of industry chain. As a consequence, Yintai Gold formulated the “Purchase and Supply Policy and Procedure”, and the subsidiaries of Yintai Gold also developed their systems, for example, “Supplier Management System”, “Purchase Plan Management System”, and so on.
Safety of supply chain
In order to strengthen the safety management of suppliers and contractors, and enable them to strictly comply with the relevant regulations and safety production rules of the company, the subsidiaries of Yintai Gold formulated a number of system to comprehensively control the standard and specification of contractors’ safety production, including “Safety Management System for Suppliers and Contractors”, “Safety Production Commitment System”, etc.
By strictly complying with the principle of “Five unities”, Qinghai Dachaidan effectively covered its suppliers and contractors with occupational health and safety management system, as well as the occupational health and safety management performance. Simultaneously, it also formulated a complete supplier safety management system, regularly updated and improved the system, established a contractor safety management mechanism centered on an institutional system, and covered the contractor safety qualification management, contractor safety training, on-site safety protection, as well as reward and punishment measures, so as to implement the concept of "Safety first" with contractors together.
Transparent purchase
By continuously promoting the ethical code of transparent purchasing, Yintai Gold formulated the “Internal Audit Procedure for Purchase and Supply” and other systems to audit the purchasing activities, discover unknown problems or problems that are already known but not solved yet during the purchase, and put forward corrective and improvement suggestions, ensure the fairness, impartiality, openness and efficiency in purchasing, and further achieve high quality, low cost and minimum risk in the purchase and supply.
