2、配合公司生产经营目标实现，组织团队完成团队的生产/工作任务，确保团队的生产/工作任务及时完成，不影响公司生产；
3、制定工作计划，合理分配下属工作，督查下属的工作结果，确保公平、公正管理团队，团队成员保持较高的工作积极性；
4、 制订、更新、维护并发布项目现场的应急救援预案,管理及监督应急救援队；
5、与应急救援队的训练员保持联系，确保对现场紧急事件的有效和及时的响应，并协调所有响应的要求；
6、与安全培训协调员保持联系，确保培训计划合理，制定并参与各种培训课程（包括，但不限于紧急事故演练），以使部门同事在现场时有序应变；
7、与安环部其它同事保持联系，确保资源得以充分利用；
8、管理应急救援设施，保养及确保应急救援物资的可用性；
9、确保所有急救队员都接到指令并明确反馈，确保员工及合同商熟悉公司的事故紧急反应程序，并能够采取正确的措施；

11、对承包商和员工的违章进行纠正，确保员工及承包商的行为达到要求；
12、向部门经理提出提高和改善管理的建议，确保违章被纠正；
13、有效的识别和登记负责区域生产和施工活动中的危险，确保生产和施工活动中的危险被识别和登记；
14、风险控制措施落实到位，确保重大风险的控制措施被实施；
15、记录识别的危险，保留完整的记录，如果活动内容发生变化保证记录被更新；
